About SFA
SFA SANIFLO, INC. is the North American distributor of Saniflo macerating systems. (The company was formerly known as Sanitary For All, until the official name change January 15, 2004.) The products in the SANIFLO range are known as:
Sanibest, Saniplus, Sanigrind, Sanipack, Sanicompact, Sanistar, Sanishower, Saniswift and Sanivite.
SFA Saniflo, Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Groupe SFA, (a French Multinational) that manufactures these products at two factories in Europe: a factory near Paris (see the Bregy factory below), and one near Marseille. All factories are ISO 9001 certified.
Groupe SFA Subsidiaries
The Europelec subsidiary manufactures large-scale aerators for sewage treatment. These aerators are now used in hundreds of locations throughout the world. The Blanc subsidiary manufactures Euro style showers. The Grandform subsidiary manufactures a unique range of whirlpools. The SFA Group also owns a competitive mark "Kinedo" that manufacturers whirlpools and showers, and "Watermatic" that manufactures macerating systems.
Group SFA has subsidiaries and importers throughout the world. A more expanded product range is marketed outside North America; the products are available in Europe, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, South America, the middle east and the far east.
Saniflo products' certification
The SANIFLO product range has been tested and used by NATO, the Atomic Energy Authorities, the Oceanographic Institute, Antarctic Research Station, Military Camps, various constructions sites, as well as for the provision of facilities for the elderly, disabled and persons convalescing.
Many certified testing laboratories throughout the world have certified the Saniflo range of products. In North America SANIFLO products are certified or listed with CSA, IAPMO, UL equivalent (CSAnrtl). In Europe the SANIFLO product range is certified in all countries. Additionally, a generic macerating system standard and various plumbing codes have been developed in the USA and Canada.
Due to the simplistic installation the SANIFLO products have been installed in motels, bed-and-breakfast houses, restaurants, factories, as well as in the obvious domestic situations; en-suite bathrooms, loft conversions and basement installations.
